Pushing Your Limits
Tied agencies and some FA firms use what is called the ‘Basic Commission’ model for flat-rate compensation. Through this model, their advisers are paid a limited fixed share of the total commissions received, regardless of how well or poorly they perform.
At PIAS, we believe in a performance based reward system, which is why we utilise our Gross Revenue model. This is where you are distributed into banding categories based on your Gross Revenue, so there is no limit to how much you can earn!
